Douglas Pelmear, President HP2g, LLC – Began as Vice President of Horse Power Sales working under his father, Donald Pelmear and has been with the business for 14 years. He designed the patented Valley Girdle Pro as well as Nitrous Guard.During the past 5 years he has focused on the design of the world’s first hybrid engine the HP2g and its component parts.Doug has 20 years of experience racing, designing, and building racing engines and engine components.He also worked for 16 yrs as a Ford Motor Company and earned certifications: Master Ford Technician, ASE Master Automobile Technician, and ASE Heavy Truck Technician.He attended ITTTechnicalCollege where he was awarded an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.He has received continuing education technology at NorthwestStateCommunity College.

Sheila Pelmear
Ms. Pelmear manages marketing of aftermarket products in the racing community,provides business planning services and payroll management.She has owned a neon sign company in Las Vegas, NV where she has a contractor’s license and also has successfully owned other businesses for 14 years. Sheila earned her degree in Business from Clark County Community College.

Jennifer Rodgers
Ms. Rodgers, manages all aspects of customer relations, purchasing, inventory control, and bookkeeping.Prior to work, Jennifer managed an automotive repair and supply store, storage facilities, a car wash, and a green house business.She studied Business at The Ohio State University.
Mr Schnitkey was a practicing attorney for 23 years before joining Team HP2g in 2008. He has 15 years of experience in corporate structure and organization, legal filings, business planning, business development and business financing. He has served or is actively serving on 11 Boards of Directors for various for profit and not for profit companies. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Toledo College Of Law.
Marcus has a specialized education with expertise in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics. He is an engineering programmer, writing, designing, developing and working with software to automate machinery. Marcus is also a designer and builder of tooling and fixtures
